Description
River is a beautiful red padauk boat net, 69" tall. She is a unique net, with a white knot running down the handle. River is among our tallest nets, with a hoop-to-handle length of 45". She has a sophisticated red-wine look that is just as good on the wall as it is netting an 18" cutty.
What are the different woods for the nets?
Maple, zebrawood, walnut, and padauk. Same net. The wood is the difference.
Maple is pale and even. The Clark Fork burns in dark, so this is the one if you want the river to read. It is hard, stable, and the usual wood for a net handle that gets wet and knocked around in a boat.
Walnut is the dark brown American wood. Tight grain, quieter look. The engraving is still there, but it does not pop the way it does on maple.
What does shipping the nets look like?
Shipping a net like this is expensive. It is long, wood, and and considered a fragile product. We pack it to survive the trip, and that packing is most of the cost. Shipping is $60.
Pickup in Missoula takes the mail out of it. No box, no carrier, no broken handle. Buy it and we will hold it until you come get it. No deadline.
Can I return the net?
You have 10 days after your receive the net. If it is not what you wanted, send it back and we will refund you in full. If it breaks in the mail, email us. We will make it right.
