Order Processing Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During limited drops or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated if that happens.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Free shipping is available on all orders over $100. Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Limited Drops & Special Items Some products (including limited drops and handmade items) may have longer processing times. Any estimated ship dates will be clearly listed on the product page.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States.

Delays & Issues While we work hard to get orders out on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
